Independence, integrity and confidentiality are important when evaluating employee attitudes and organisational climate using surveys of selected staff or entire workforces. 

Areas canvassed in the Foundation surveys can include:

  • Job satisfaction & security                      Employee involvement                             
  • Customer focus                                     Goals and objectives                               
  • Work environment                                  Pay
  • Work area performance                          Career development and training
  • Communication                                     Workplace flexibility
  • Organisation co-operation                       Community relations

Results can be presented for the whole of the organisation or for individual work sites or business units. When conducted over time the surveys can highlight significant differences in responses in different years. A separate comments 'report' containing employee responses to 'open-ended' questions is also prepared to provide insight into reasons underlying the quantitative results.
